Magnolia SAVED OUR PROJECT! We used them for our kitchen a couple of years ago and brought them in when our custom cabinet company dropped the ball. WE WILL ALWAYS CALL THEM FIRST from now on. They fabricated three high end countertops out of Cristal quartz. This material is one of the most difficult to work with and the they nailed it! So where do I start? I have been wanting to replace my kitchen and master bath countertops for over 20 years. I had no idea where to start. I got on Google AI and started doing some research. Magnolia of Jax came up at the top of the list in my research list. I read through the reviews and then the wife and I decided to make contact and see how it goes. I originally made contact via email one night via their Google email account. I didn’t get a response right away and figured that I was not going to hear from the company. I probably should have called but it is not my thing. I like to make first contact via email. After a few weeks passed I heard back via email from Paulo and he asked me if I was still interested. I replied back to him yes and we then set up an appointment for him to come out and quote the job. Within the week he was here and I received the quote. We decided to go ahead with the project. We then went to the slab depot in Jacksonville FL to pick out our materials. Once the materials were made available we made the appt get the installation completed. The crew showed up on time and did the demo and installation. Once the installation was complete we connected up our plumbing and finished the project. We are very happy to recommend these guys to replace your countertops. We had some scheduling conflicts between us but we worked them out and was definitely not a show stopper. I appreciate Paulo and his folks for a job well done!! In the Navy we say BZ!!!

I hired Paulo to replace the countertops in my kitchen and baths. We selected a 2 XL quartz slabs. The kitchen countertops design was tricky with rounded edges and a matchbook cut to sync the veins in the quart seamlessly. He handled everything, sink, plumbing, etc. Paulo is extremely hands on. His communication(text and calls) are usually instantaneous. He does what he says he’s going to do. And if there is any issues he will tell you prior to. So there were no surprises. I have already referred him to 2 other friends. He is outstanding. Everyone that has seen our countertops is blown away. We could not be happier. Imagine you’ve lived in your home a month and on a random Tuesday morning you hear *CRASH* and it scares the dogs and you. And you run into your kitchen to find the undermount sink has unattached itself (WAIT WHAT?!) and partially fallen into the sink cabinet. I don’t have to imagine it because it happened to me yesterday. So I did what any normal busy person would do, I pretended it didn’t happen and went to work for a few hours because we all have bills to pay. When I got home I decided it was time to tackle this problem because apparently sinks may crash but they also don’t magically fix themselves. (Now you know). I googled for solutions and Magnolia Jax was the first to come up. It was 4:45pm. I’m racing against the clock. Where I was expecting a phone tree, an actual real human answered - Paolo - and in 5 minutes we had a plan for a fix the very next morning (!), and at a reasonable price. At 9 am, as Paolo promised, Christian showed up and fixed the unfortunate sink debacle and we all lived happily ever after.
